2 lime juice

1 small chili, minced
Instructions:
Prepare all the ingredients by washing and cutting the vegetables and cooking the shrimp, chicken, and rice noodles.
Fill a large bowl with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for a few seconds until it softens and becomes pliable.
