Ingredients:
2 live crabs, cleaned and washed
4 tbsp Kampot pepper, coarsely ground
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 shallots, finely chopped
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup water
Salt, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil and swirl to coat the pan.
Add the garlic and shallots to the wok and stir-fry for about 1 minute, until they become fragrant.
